Returns
GreatValue wants every order to arrive as expected. If something is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not suitable, you can request a return from your account.
How to request a return
Sign in to your account, open your orders, choose the item you want to return, and follow the return steps shown on the order page. If the return workflow is not available for your order, contact support through the Help Centre.
Return condition
Items should be returned with all accessories, manuals, packaging, and labels where reasonably possible. Some products may be excluded from change-of-mind returns for hygiene, safety, licensing, digital, or custom-order reasons.
Refunds and replacements
Once the returned item has been received and assessed, we may offer a refund, replacement, repair, or store credit depending on the product, reason for return, stock availability, and applicable law.
